I used the Nuva ring. I didn’t gain weight at all while being on it. I was a little uncomfortable using it at first, but after the first time it was fine. I really liked it. I got off it in October to start trying for a baby, and my periods are very irregular and still not pregnant. I don’t know if it’s because I’ve used birth control for so long, the type of birth control, or just my body.
