So i did one round of Provera and finished my last pill on 7/10 and i also had sex this day. I got my period on 7/16 and it lasted until 7/21. On yesterday, 7/23, i was spotting and had light cramps in my lower stomach and left side. I had sex on 7/22 as well. Could the spotting have been ovulation or is it possible that I conceived? Is it also possible that its just the effects of Provera?
