Two separate peaks in one cycle? HUH?

So I got my first positive OPK on CD 13 or 14. Well today I decided to take another one because I felt a little crampy on my right side, and its glaringly positive. I’m so confused! Can you have two peaks in one month? Or is this my real peak??
