yes I usually fill up my sink with a vinegar and water solution, let them soak, rinse with cold water, cut them and put in Tupperware containers. a little bit of extra prep gives me peace of mind lol

If you live in America you should DEFINITELY be washing your fruits and veggies before eating. Chemicals and pesticides are no joke. I remember being taught how important it is in 7th grade to wash with soap and water before cooking or eating them.

Yes! Always. Illness caused by fruits and vegetables is more common than from meats and processed foods. Just think of how many people touched that apple at the store before you bought it! Considering only 30% of people wash their hands after using the restroom every time, Wash that produce!
