Help! Time to change my lifestyle to a healthy one!

Ok so 4 yrs ago a lost 55lbs. Kept that weight off. This year I gained 20lbs. Busy life (school, work, kids, wife, run a household, have a dog). This year I also stopped going to the gym and zumba because of my busy schedule. I cook 5/7 days at home and Im still gaining weight. Did Keto diet. Could only go 2 weeks. I love sweets.

I’m looking for advice, tips, recipes anything to help me loose this weight. I know getting active will help but my schedule is so busy. I know it shouldn’t be an excuse but what I used to do before where I can fit gym and Zumba, I cannot do now. I do go for a walk every evening with my dog and I love it.
