Hi everyone I just found out yesterday morning at the urgent care that I was pregnant I think I’m a month so far I don’t see my first OBGYN appt until aug 28 and I really need to know if there’s something over the counter I can take for my morning sickness it’s to the point where I couldn’t even get out of bed i feel so sick I can’t eat anything. I just need something to help me get rid of the nausea it’s so hard going to work like this any advice would be greatly appreciated!
