bleeding during pregnancy

has anyone bled in early pregnancy and been okay? I had sex the day I found out I was pregnant and instantly started bleeding, it was light brown/pink in colour.. I googled it and read that it could be implantation bleeding or that my cervix was irritated but it got heavier and red it stopped yesterday but again when I had sex it started again but was brown, and today there's light brown when I'm wiping. I'm worried it was a miscarriage but I'd like to know if anyone else has had something similar and the baby was fine.
