First period after surgical abortion...

Hey guys, I had a surgical abortion exactly 4 weeks ago. I began to bleed a little this morning, and I was wondering if anyone else has had a super light first period after going through this? Many people I’ve talked to said the first would be heavy and extremely painful but I’m only bleeding a little and only have mild cramps

FYI was only 4 and a half weeks along at time of abortion
