No naps?

Question

Anyone else’s toddler not napping at all? My son is 18 months and on a regular day he goes to bed at 9pm and wakes up at 9am. No naps during the day and he is super happy and content.
We stopped trying to force him to nap because he’d only actually fall asleep after 2pm and then he’d be up until 11pm, SUPER active and alert. So it really does seem like he doesn’t need more hours of sleep.
Any thoughts if this could be bad for him?

Mine skipped her nap today and is a terror.  She definitely still needs her naps lol

I used to teach at a daycare and by law had to have kids 0-4 “resting” for at least 30-45 minutes. So even if they aren’t sleeping it’s developmentally appropriate for them to have established quiet/relax time. The kids I worked with who outgrew naps in the traditional sense laid down with a book for that time or played quietly with a toy. 
Might be worth considering. Just a thought ! Hope this info doesn’t come off rude just sharing information 🙂
