Bad cramps after ovulation

I am 3DPO supposedly but I’ve hear a lot on here about not trusting the app. This is my very first cycle actually tracking and even knowing about fertile windows 🤷🏻‍♀️

This is my ttc journey with baby #4 and I’m having really bad cramps which I didn’t ever have before this cycle. My period was very normal the last year up until my last cycle which was almost two weeks early and than this cycle started 5 days late. I’m just confused with my body because it’s been thrown off so much for no reason. Also, I do have creamy lotion like CM which started last night. I no longer have fertile cm which lasted all last week.
