BPD (borderline personality disorder)
I'm 99% sure I have BPD and I really want to get tested and get help for it. But I'm not really sure how to do that, like do I tell my doctor or do I try to find a therapist or something? Also, I'm still a minor and I'm not sure how to talk to my mom about it cause I'm pretty sure she won't understand. Any advice?
