Can a UTI cause bloating?

Question

I went to the doctor because I noticed my stomach is always bloated after eating or drinking. I went to get a blood test, a urine test, and an ultrasound and I apparently have a UTI. Does anyone know if that caused the bloating or if it's completely unrelated?

Could be both, with the fact you bloat when you eat i think you need to keep a food diary for a fortnight and look at the foods you eat most and cut out one food at a time. I bloat with my IBS when I eat certain foods so i stay away from my triggers as much as possible
