First vomit...
I've had pretty bad nausea the past couple of weeks and some dry heaving episodes. Tonight I come home from work, thinking it's just more dry heaving...nope! First adventure praying to the porcelain gods! Now I'm starving, but all I want are plain noodles. I read that nausea and vomiting can be signs of a healthy pregnancy...but ugh, where's that second trimester!?
