Hi Everyone!

Like many of you I am currently anxious and full of questions while I try to understand my body. I hope maybe some input from others might be helpful.

My husband and I are 26 and just started trying to conceive this past month. The first day of my last menstrual cycle was July 1st. According to two separate apps I use, I either ovulated in the 16th or the 17th. We baby danced the 12th and the 16th. I took an early pregnancy test this morning that was negative. However, I just noticed MINIMAL spotting. I have never noticed anything like this before. I had only about 3 spots when wiping. They were bright pink/red. I am so confused.

I would love any input to calm my nerves until Mother Nature decides to explain itself.
