Anyone here suffering from SPD too?

What helps to at least lower the pain? 😢 I can’t deal with it daily anymore.. every single minute I’m in pain. During night it hurts so bad to turn around. I can’t even walk normal anymore I just waddle non stop.. 🤧

Yes! I’ve had it since 22 weeks ugh. Seeing a chiropractor helped a lot! My back was out of alignment and the pregnancy was putting additional weight on my pelvis. I went once a week for a month and I feel so much better. The pain is still there, but it’s minimal compared to before.

I got the Boppy wedge pillow for under my belly while sleeping and it has helped a lot. Not totally pain-free, but much better than nothing.

I had it starting 10 weeks. Chiropractor helped. Stretching, Tylenol and hot pads. It truly went away after I quit work at 36 weeks. I don’t shop or cook or strain myself. That’s the only thing that really brought relief

Omg yes 😪 I’ve had this since around 20 weeks and it is slowly getting worse. I am now 33 weeks and very much over it. The pain at night is worst getting up to pee or just generally trying to get comfy! Not sure how I will cope with possibly another 7 weeks of this!!! Will be chatting to my OB next week to see what else he can recommend cos it’s getting to the point where I am in tears!

Currently 40&1 and still suffering I literally have to move my stomach physically to turn in bed when trying to move to try to relieve some pressure and if it’s not the pain from just turning it’s the numbness from my left side going numb and baby being on my sciatica 😩

Mine started at 16 weeks, and is just so bad now...no advice, I tried physio therapy which didn't work, and also took the maximum dose of (approved) painkillers for 2 days, just to feel comfortable, and that helped me get a couple of good nights sleep. Feel so bad for my 20m old, as I'm a SAHM but can't do anything with him (plus it's on track to be the hottest summer on record in the uk, which is NOT helping). 35+2...don't know how I'll cope for possibly another 7wks 😭

I am too at 33 weeks it’s gotten hard to walk and when I push myself too much I can barely move my legs or anything. I’ve noticed if I stay moving like walk around every once in a while it helps. Staying sedentary and still it makes it way worse.
