So confused about ovulating

Help! I’m Cycle Day 10. I’ve been having a 39 day cycle but as I’ve been losing weight, my cycles have been changing. Anyways, this is my first cycle TTC and I’ve been tracking my OPK’s are negative. I figured I wouldn’t ovulate until after day 20.

Well.... the past two days My libido is crazy intense and today I’m cramping on my left side. Isn’t that signs of ovulation???

Would there be any chance that I’m ovulating even if I get a negative opk?!
