UTIs are killin me

I need some advice I keep getting these horrible UTIs and nothing is helping me from preventing them I pee literally before and right after sex like me and my boyfriend make it a mission since UTIs come so easily to me. I also drink water and cranberry juice daily, and wipe front to back I even go to extreme measures and take showers after sex bc I’ve gotten so many it’s ridiculous I get them like every month if not twice. These UTIs come solely from sex bc I went awhile without sex and I didn’t get one at all so what am I doing wrong
