So in high school I was very active and weighed between 115-125 pounds at any given time. I am graduating from college in a few months and have gained 20 pounds. I am at 145 on the right.

In high school I was a competitive varsity cheerleader, in show choir, musical theater, and was active without even feeling like I was working out. Besides theater, I am no longer involved in the same activities and have since picked up sedentary hobbies. I know I need to change my diet, but I also need work out/exercise suggestions that don't feel like working out. That was what I liked about cheer and show choir. I was burning calories but enjoying it! Help! I am really tired of feeling so overweight... 😭
