My mom knows in a vague sense.

I'm not by any means "out", but there are definitely a couple family members that have to have an idea as to what I'm up to.

Nope my family friends and coworkers haven't a clue. Their family friends and coworkers also haven't any idea.
My. S.o. and the boyfriend obviously know. 
I had one friend who did know and not having her (she passed away) to talk to makes life hard. She never judged us she loved us anyway. She was the only person I trusted with the situation.

Everyone who knows me knows about my relationships. My son, friends, family, work, anyone who has me on Facebook. Literally everyone. I don't want to have to hide my love for these two people. I'm not ashamed. It's caused problems in the past, but in the end, anyone that matters is okay with it.

Yep. All immediate family are aware. My family are super supporting; partners' families,  not so much.
