Thrush and clogged?
Baby is EBF and got diagnosed with thrush. I’m using a nipple shield and feeding but today I went over 2 hours without feeding by accident and had to pump. I now notice that I have clogged ducts and my breasts aren’t emptying( I fed her but still seems full). Is this normal? Any advice on treating nipples? I’ve eaten yogurt and doing a vinegar cleaning after every feed. 😢🙁
