I’d say you ovulated cd22 because it’s the day before the continual rise in temperature. I waited til I was 18 days past ovulation before I tested!!

I think you ovulated CD 19 or 2o. you need to have 3 higher temps than the last 6 days to confirm ovulation so it would make sense why AF might seem late to you if you follow what glow has for you.
