How can I lose weight as an obese, overweight, and bullied teenager?

I’m obese and I know it. I’m 13, and I’ve begun to hate myself after I’ve been bullied for it. Ive got fat everywhere on my body, as well as stretch marks in every place possible. I’ve tried staying active, but I don’t get opportunities to walk for an hour everyday because my parents won’t let me walk outside by myself (they won’t go with me) and we don’t have a treadmill. I’ve tried asking my parents about a keto diet, but they say it’d be difficult for me to have personalized meals when they are going to have something else. And my little healthy sister (10) hates the idea of us all eating the healthy diet. My parents also give us fast food a LOT because it’s quick, cheap, easy, and gets us fed.

Working out doesn’t really work for me, with homework, I can’t do anything active over the weekend. And at school I absolutely hate PE because it’s a “one size fits all” program for the rest of my in-shape class. I know my limits, but during PE I have to push through, otherwise I get a bad grade in the class, and am teased even more than usual.

This summer I have tried using workout apps, but it always ends in tense muscles and then they’re sore for the next two to three days. Especially during this one routine where I had to do lunges (that absolutely kill me)

I’ve also been drinking more water than usual, I get dehydrated very quickly.

Ladies, I don’t know what to do and I need help! Does anyone have any advice?

Edit: Thank You all for your support and advice! I’ve also heard that Just Dance can be used as a cardio workout. I love Just Dance, so I was wondering if I could get results by doing it for a few hours a day whilst drinking more water and eating better.
