Not getting to finish

So my boyfriend and I have sex like once a week. Recently, I haven't been able to finish at all. I basically ride him and he's so tired he can't help me finish. He feels bad about it and has told me and I can see he really does care. He just snaps out of "sex mode" as soon as he cums. After he finishes he just talks like it's a normal conversation which is a huge turn off anyway. For anyone who's tried it, riding is a lot of effort and for me personally it doesn't exactly do the trick. What should I do? I've already tried talking to him about it but he just gets upset (like tearing up and sad). I REALLY like this guy because he's really sweet and super nice guy material so I don't want to break up with him.
