Does everyone gain weight on the pill?

Question

I've been on the pill for 2 weeks now and I have gained 5 pounds which its usually very hard for me to gain weight so I don't mind gaining a few pounds! :) I was wondering if everyone gains weight while on the pill and how much did you ladies gain?

I actually lost weight, but the main reason I went on the pill was to regulate my hormones. Everything was so out of whack before i started the pill, that i was gaining weight drastically before and most of the weight was lost within a few months after starting it.

When I first started yes I gained. However, doctor told me just to rly watch what I eat like make healthy choices, drink lots of water, exercise for 30 mins about 2 to 3 times a week and my weight got under control. I gained it all back of course bc of medical issues but it was under control for 2 years and  still on the pill to this day.
