Vaginal soreness after delivery

My son is 10 days old. Idk if the first week I was just on adrenaline but I wasn’t too sore. The last 3 days or so I’ve been pretty sore. I’m changing my pad and using ice packs. Any other tips? Anyone else still sore about 10 days after delivery or should I be worried??
