How do you clean up the mess after sex?

My fiancé and I just switched birth control from condoms to the iud. And I’m not use to the mess it makes after wards. 
How do you clean it up? 
Just with a towel or do you just leave it on the sheets and sleep there? 
I dont know just is an area I’m bot familiar with and would like some advice!

clean off with towels, go pee first of all to avoid infection, and shower!

Clean up with a towel. My fiancé will get the towel for me and clean me off before it can leak on the sheets. Sometimes we shower after too.
