Missed period negative test.

Has anyone had an experience where there cycle has been normal after birth and they had sex just before ovulation, then missed their period but still get a negative pregnancy test? I was due to start the 13th of this month and still have yet to get my cycle. But both pregnancy tests have come back negative.
