Forgot to start my new pack. Help?

Hey guys just want some opinions. 
So I forgot to start my new pack of pills which would normally be on Sundays this week and didn’t realize until today. Should I start the new pack today or should I wait till Sunday. Thanks. 
P.S. the brand I use is trinessa

U need to start it from the beginning of the pack immediately! If ur sexually active, u will need to use condoms or wait a full 7 days for the pills to be effective again. Also, if u were sexually active at all without condoms during ur placebo/break week, then ur already at high risk for pregnancy & should take a test in 2-3+ weeks. If any condomless sex was had less than 72 hours ago, then u should get plan b asap!
