Marijuana for pms/period pain?

It doesn’t work for everyone. But CBD is great for pain. I get relief from smoking, but sometimes smoking can cause people to become anxious. It can be quite hit or miss as far as THC goes, but CBD would probably be better.

I have horrible pain on my periods, and my grandma (being a low-key stoner lol) suggested CBD and girl I wish I’d done it sooner. It didn’t take the pain completely away, there was a little bit of an ache but it definitely was not the stabbing/shooting pains I usually have. And hot damn did it relax my muscles, made it soooo much easier for me. 
I’d definitely go with the CBD oils, there are topical ones (which are also amazing) and ones you can ingest. Smoking and I don’t get along but the oils are my uterus’s new best friend.

You can’t just try random marijuana and expect it to take away pains. It’s medicine. It’s proscribed for a reason. There are different strands and strains of marijuana. Both stativa and indica have different reactions and uses. You have to know exactly what you are smoking and where it came from. Do research and find out the best strain for period cramps. If you have legal access to it, then give it a try. But if you have to get it illegal, be weary because drug dealers will say anything to get you to buy their weed. And if you cannot tell the difference, you won’t know if you are actually getting the one you want/need. If it hasn’t helped you before, chances are you were not smoking the right weed.

Definitely works wonders. I used to get cramps so bad I’d end up just sitting in the bottom of my shower for hours in pain and unable to do more than just barely doze off at night. Got a few weed e-cigs and edibles and they definitely help with the pain and being able to relax and function like a human being lol My girlfriends have good luck with salves/muscle rub too.

Marijuana is still illegal in Australia but I would definitely give it a try to help with pain if I had the chance!!
