so for the past hr my stomach as been tightning from the pelvic area kinda like a period i have a dull back pain but feel like they just started way to close together to be real contractions

If you can get them to go away by drinking water, laying on your side or taking a warm bath. They aren't the real thing. Especially if there's not pain. My advice is to always try to wait as long as possible at home. You'll be way more comfortable in your own home than a hospital bed.
