Why is it I hate being alone all the time but I also hate being around people?

You like being alone but hate being lonely. I get it. Sometimes you just need a person you can hang out with quietly while doing your own thing. It’s the best feeling ever but it’s hard to find a person you can feel comfortable doing something like that with.

I’ve been feeling this for the month of July. Lucky we’ve decided to move in with his grandmother that has became the perfect nanny when I need her and a great ear for me to vent to and a good silent support on days where I just don’t want to be alone but also don’t want to be bothered. Also my fiancé understands when I get into this mode and has no problem with just sitting there in the same room on his phone. It can be hard to find friends like this .
