Hospital bag checklist?

What will you or did you pack for the hospital for you, the baby, and your spouse or person staying with you? I feel like I have really under packed and I just want to know what all you guys have packed just so that I can stop stressing about it.

I’m in a Facebook group and posted the same question. Here’s what I got out of it and what I have packed and ready to go when my little guy decides to come:
For me:
Comfy clothes
Robe
Socks
Slippers
Shampoo/conditioner
Body wash/face wash
Shower towel
Hair brush
Snacks
Blanket
Pillow
Toothbrush/toothpaste
Nursing bra/pads
Adult diapers (I guess they’re way more comfy than pads)
For my husband:
Snacks
Pillow
Blanket
Toiletries
Change of clothes
For baby:
Going home outfit
Boppy (for nursing)
Blanket

If you use the search feature you'll find a million topics just like this that will have a ton of answers. But aside from that really the necessities are minimal if your hospital provides everything like mine does. Just clothes, some, toiletries, chargers, maybe slippers and robe, nursing bras, and socks and a hoodie in case you get cold. Snacks are always great too. Baby probably just needs a going home outfit and swaddle. Daddy just needs a couple outfits.  I'm also bringing my own towel, pillow, extra super warm blanket, a book, and my boppy.

With my first baby, I went into the hospital at 24 weeks with no bag or nothing prepared (preterm labor).... The hospital provided everything I needed basically but of course I like my own stuff and had my hubby bring in some of my stuff for me. Based on that experience this is what I am bringing:
-Toiletries 
-Glasses/ Contact lens case
-Nursing gowns (3)
-Nursing bras
-Slipper 
 -Boppy pillow 
Baby: Going home outfit and 2 sleep and plays 
Hubby: 2-3 shirts/ 2 pants/ boxers/ his toiletries
