Possible Gestational septation?!?!?!

I’m currently 5 weeks 6 days went to the hospital for stomach pain on one side obgyn wanted to rule out eptopic pregnancy. They ran hcg level it was 15,611. They ruled out eptopic. Confirmed yolk sac and gestational sac. No fetal pole was able to be seen which they said was normal being so early. The doctor came in and said the radiologist said gestational sac was somewhat irregular with an eccentric septation with in it. Please someone I’m freaking out. Should I be worried.
