Late period ?!

Okay I know I’m not pregnant because I’m still a Virgin and I’m 12 years old . I am 3 days late from my period . I don’t understand why , I even have discharge but never blood . I thought I should ask y’all , so please help if you can , oh and please don’t put any medication because im not allowed to take those .
