Does this count as exercise in second trimester?
I walk 2 miles total a day to and from work. It is part of my commute so I don’t know if it actually counts.
I power walk 75% of the time because I am usually running late so it is not leisurely and these days, has been in 80-90 degree heat.
Aside from that though, my job is a desk job - seated most of the day.
Should I do more?
Better than nothing?
Doesn’t count at all?
