Late period

I have been pill free since Saturday and my period usually comes 2/3 days after stopping it , however it has been 4 days now and I am extremely worried, I have took my pill correctly and my boyfriend always pulls out , anyone know of their is a chance I could be pregnant, going on holiday in a few days and I am very anxious
