Bonjour! I am currently 16 and single! I saw on Snapchat that there was an article about teen online dating, and so I was like “Wow that’s a thing?!”. And so I want to try online dating because I do not like any of the guys at my school.
If you said yes, do you have any recommendations for me that I can try?

I'm sorry, but in my opinion that feel unsafe. I don't care if anyone says otherwise, but there are alot of pedophiles out there catfishing and using teens and children. There is alot of other weirdos who get info and put it on the dark web. Please dont online date, especially if you are under 18.

Some advice. FACETIME so you know they real. Dont date anyone more than 4 hours away 😂 And perhaps meet the family through FaceTime so you really know they real. (When you meet them say your friends if you want)

I mean if you're talking about Mylol / find a friend I wouldn't recommend it. I used to be on the app and yeah although I eventually found my boyfriend through his mate on there and even found a friend on there it's not really a great app cause there's a load of creepy people on there. Online dating may seem like “the thing” but please do not. Online, you don’t know who you are really talking to. I watch to many catfish shows of people falling in love with someone they haven’t spoke to on the phone, or seen pictures of them because they somehow “don’t have a camera on their phone”. 
Yeah you’re 16 but come on’ why do you want to date so bad?. Just cus there’s NO ONE you like at you’re school, doesn’t mean there’s no one out there. what about around your neighborhood, work, at a grocery store. don’t ruin your life by dating online, that’s all. Just enjoy being young, play sports, stay in school, who knows you might find your lover by doing something you love. 👌🏼
Don’t do something just because everyone else is. You have forever to find your one and only.
