Ovulate early on Femara?
Hey there-
Last month I took femara/letrozole on CD 5-9. Had a positive OPK on CD 14.
This month I took it CD 3-7 (5mg both cycles). And had a positive opk on CD 11/12. Seems super early to me but I also took the meds earlier in the cycle.
Has anyone else experienced this? Without meds I typically ovulate anywhere from CD 15-17. Not sure if Femara can cause false positive OPKs and I should continue testing to see if I see another surge later in the month or be at peace that I ovulated earlier than normal.
