Would this be considered a healthy meal?!

Hey everyone! Im 3 weeks PP 5’6 and 169lbs . Im trying to get to 130ish like i was 2 years ago before i gave birth to our second and got pregnant right away with the third. Im lost in how to make healthy meals though i been youtubing and googling. I already cut back on soda and too much juice been sticking to water. I made grilled chicken seasoned with garlic , lemon , cumin, PAM so it wouldnt stick etc and added spinach and tomatoes. Once i establish healthy eating into my diet i want to start working out next 😓😓 any tips ?? 🙏🏼
