Unsuccessful IUI

When your IUI fails you...-I got my period yesterday about 13 days post IUI (started light spotting and Munir cramping 9 days post IUI --hoping it was implantation bleeding but alas!) and it has been by far the worst ever.. worst cramps, headache, backache, constipation and hot flashes. Today I feel so deflated and disappointed and depressed! Is it ever going to happen for us?! We have been trying for a year and a half and literally everyone around me is pregnant, even my younger sister. I am happy for her but my heart is breaking inside. Today I just want to ball up and turn the world off.
