About 4-5 weeks after unprotected sex. They count pregnancy 2 weeks before actually being pregnant

You wouldn't be able to see anything at 4w4d, literally maybe a small black blip of a sac but nothing else. You're def around 7 weeks

My 5 week+ ultasound was just the blastocyst and yold sac.I would say your ultrasound is definitely more than 4 weeks4 days

If you measure 7+ weeks I’m sure you are. 2/19/18 I had my first ultrasound and they dated it 7+6. My date of conception was Jan 14-15 ish.
