I had one in dec 2013 the first time we TTC. When I was just beyond 5 weeks I started getting symptoms so they gave me the methotrexate shot. I cried for probably 1 week straight. Then intermittently after that. My husband and family were very helpful in the coping dept, esp my parents. They always help me see the big picture and reminded me that God has a plan.

I found out I had a ectopic pregnancy a week ago and they removed it surgically. I lost my left filopian tube and I'm totally devistated.

I had an ectopic pregnancy May of last year! Didn't even know I was pregnant, I started bleeding just 5 days after finishing AF so when the Dr told me to take a pregnancy test I laughed and said there is no way! Low & behold I got a BFP only to find out it was an ectopic so I ended up getting that chemo shot! I was cleared October of last year and have been trying to conceive since then with no luck! I try not to stress about it too much and am just happy that I'm a mother to a 2 1/2 year old little boy :)

Hmmm. They gave me the shot. I miscarried. Then I cried for a month straight - so not sure if you would say that was coping. The only thing that made me feel better was trying again.
