Well at almost 18 weeks I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes today. I had it with my first child (who is now 18) and haven’t had it with the last 2 pregnancies. Apparently for me, the first and last babies are the lucky ones to cause it. I’m sad, I was really hoping to get by without it, but having it diagnosed so early is a really big help in preventing any complications. Anyone else in or possibly in the same boat and wanna be GD buddies... I’m here and could use someone to complain to and get support from and do the same in return.
