Ladies, I got my first BFP yesterday at 11dpo, and a slightly darker line today at 12dpo. Well I’m out running errands, and now I’m having left lower back cramping and pink/brown spotting. I had a miscarriage in May, so I’m terrified and upset. What do you guys think??
