Sick baby

I thought for sure my baby had another ear infection. She started a fever (100.9) and pulling on her ears, and soooo fussy. She will just whimper like something is wrong. She also is not nursing today, which is so unlike her and had a little diarrhea this morning.

Took her to the doctor and she said her ears look pretty good and we should “wait and see” approach. I feel awful! I don’t know what’s going on with her!!!
