I have been taken iron since I had my daughter in 2017...after her birth I received two iron transfusions. I am now 30 weeks pregnant with number 3 and taking ferrous sulfate 3x a day after ending up in the hospital with a bad headache and extreme fatigue. My question is has anyone been pulled out early due to advanced anemia? Both of my other babies came at 36 weeks 5 days and 37 weeks exactly. I work 2nd shift around my husband 430-1am...I am EXHAUSTED!!!! I also suffer from thyroid disorder which also leaves me feeling fatigued. I just don’t want my doctor to look at me all crazy. I transferred jobs late in my pregnancy so I am ineligible for fmla...I just feel so burnt out.
