Hey Glowers! So I need your help. Do you know if a BBT spike always happens the day after ovulation? I’m almost sure I ovulated later afternoon/early evening Sunday - I took a trigger shot Friday night and felt cramping Sunday afternoon. Apparently you’re supposed to ovulate about 40-44 after trigger, according to my doctor, so that would be right on schedule.

But at 6 a.m. Monday, my temperature hadn’t gone up yet - it didn’t until Tuesday morning. Is this normal? I’ve read conflicting things about how long it takes temp to rise after ovulation but was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Attaching my chart for reference!

And if it matters, I am on an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> cycle where I took Clomid and Gonal-F and produced two dominant follies, one on each side. Thanks!
