Did I have a miscarriage?

{WARNING PIC} I’ve never been pregnant before .. I spotted light baby pink very lightly for 2 days 6 days before my period.. then I didn’t have my period for about 8 days (late) I then experienced intense cramps right exactly by my uterus that I’ve never experienced in my life .. they would come and go.. then I went to the bathroom to pee and this came out.. some type of tissue clot , ( I’ve never had tissue come out ) there was a bit more then for days I’ve been having heavy brownish bright red blood and blood clots .. cramping still coming and going, if I was pregnant I would have been about 4 weeks... do you think this could’ve been a very early miscarriage?
