Does Anybody Know What this means?

Question

Out of pure curiosity I chose to check my Care Summary tonight for the first time and look through everything.  I recently had a second ultrasound which I thought had gone great by what my Doctor had told me.  On my summary there is a note that says " fetal condition affecting obstetrical care of mother; high risk pregnancy ".  Does anybody know what this means?  Why didnt my doctor mention it?  I'm scared!

Mine says the exact same thing! Nothing was ever explained to me either, and it sounds serious? I forget to ask when I'm there, but im healthy sooooo ???? let me know if u find out

Your cervix could just be short. Call your doctor & ask. That’s all you can do
