Bleeding in early pregnancy?

Just found light bleeding in my underwear. I’m 6 weeks today and I’m scared shitless. What should I do? Is this normal?heres the pic below..sorry TMI

I thought I might update this because I know girls out there are looking for answers. 
Well I showed up to the hospital and was seen immediately and the nurse did a little ultrasound on my belly said baby’s heart rate sounded fine and she checked everything and asked me questions and the nurse seemed like there wasn’t anything to worry about. So she said to keep monitoring it and see if it gets any worse, to book an ultrasound the next day. I booked it the next day and so thank god everything looked fine. Checked with the doctor about my ultrasound results and the reports from the hospital and reassured me that it was fine and that it just happens early pregnancy something about the placenta abruption where the placenta detaches from the wall of the uterus. ( after hearing that I thought oh no I’m gonna loose my baby) but then we just kept monitoring and kept going to ultrasounds to make sure baby was doing fine and placenta looked okay.
Long story short. I now have a beautiful healthy 10 month old baby :)

red blood in pregnancy isn't ever really good to see, I'd get checked out

Red blood generally doesn't mean a good outcome. You need to get your HCG monitored to see if it's going up.

Bleeding in the first trimester can be very common, however i would go get checked if i were you. just to be safe :)
